It's important to us that our services meet your needs and as such we have created a number of channels for residents to share their views.
English Rural Housing Association is committed to enabling resident involvement in any way possible and a copy of our Impact Assessment Policy can be viewed here.
Additionally, English Rural Housing Association currently has two resident board members and their profiles can be viewed here.
We are happy to hear your comments at any time. If you have something to say or have a suggestion on how we could make an improvement, then please get in touch.

Every two years we undertake a Residents' Satisfaction Survey, which
helps us to consider how our services could be improved. Your input is
essential if we are to offer services that meet your needs.
