Residents Panel
English Rural Housing Association is committed to involving residents in the way we manage, maintain and develop. We aim to meet our statutory obligations, the Regulator's expectations, the requirements of good practice and residents' aspirations. The objectives of the Residents Panel will be to help inform decision making and strategy at all levels and to champion service improvement through feedback and performance monitoring.
The Panel is made up of English Rural residents from around the country, and meets every other month to discuss relevant issues and how they impact on our homes and developments, while also discussing English Rural can improve our communication with and service to residents.
