Janette joined English Rural Housing Association in May 2012 as a Repairs and Maintenance Officer. Her role is to provide a service for reactive repairs and maintenance.

Previously Janette worked as a Contract Administrator for a Heating and Installation company and gained a great deal of experience within this Industry. In this role, she often liaised with English Rural Housing Association residents, arranging the maintenance and repairs of the organisations properties, and has gained a knowledge of the Association’s procedures and policies.
